VA-11 HALL-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action is a booze em' up about waifus, technology, and post-dystopia life.
The graphics are pixel art goodness and the characters are not only amusing but also deeply interesting. My fave was probably Dorothy, I just love their vibes and their story too. I don’t know they are such a cutie pie. It’s a story about regret, about getting to know people, and about being vulnerable enough to make friends and have them support you. It’s about the impact people have on you. And I love those type of games. Also the lore??? Divine. Gods, this is cyberpunk done right. Corporate Hell and the human (by human I mean sentient) spirit that still tries to shine beneath it.
There’s something deeply tragic about never being able to apologize to someone because they are dead. Something deeply tragic about all the not-said, about the feelings that were never expressed. It is a fear of mine. It is a fear I hope never comes to pass.

Variable Barricades
A member of a prestigious family and heir to a fortune, Hibari learns that her eccentric grandfather is determined to find her a husband. He arranges to house her in a luxurious villa along with four handsome, hand-picked bachelors and her private butler. As her suitors try to win her hand by any means necessary, Hibari endures endless everyday trials and temptations.
Has her grandpa chosen poorly, or could there be more to these fellows than first meets the eye?
Through all of this, Hibari has two important goals: frighten off each of these marriage candidates, and absolutely refuse to fall in love.

This game is so cute and sweet and I love the different endings you can get and the new game + and the fact that it is short enough to feel good replaying it. Also the cute poly romance ! The first one I got was with Nina and Mona and I was so pleasantly surprised. They will release a new game named Moon Princess in 2026 !! I can't wait for it.
