x Annah's Moths
x Dragon Age : Origins. Neria.

Character : Neria Surana. Background : Elf Circle Mage.

Backstory : Born in an alienage, she showed her magical talent extremely young and was taken from her parents before she could even form proper memories of them. Neria has grown up in her circle for most of her life, and she has always been satisfied with that life. This might be the reason she made few friends there. When you are born accustomed to the oppression of templars, told that your kind lives in squallor out in the city, and have never had trouble with authority it makes you... A little hard to befriend for newer arrivals, that still have the taste of freedom on their tongue. Neria had been a lonely child, mostly doted on by older enchanters that had to take care of her.

Personality : Neria's a little off. Her childhood in the circle has made her adept at navigating the power plays of enchanters and their fraternities, but has not made her... Able to move through Ferelden with ease. They don't really get new people at the circle, apart from children and she knows how to deal with those, so she's a little rusty when it comes to meeting new people. She tries to offset her awkwardness with jokes but she doesn't really know when to stop them. Other than that she proves to be quite sweet, adhering to the principle that magic is first and foremost to be used to help those that do not have it... For the most part. Her and Alistair are quite similar though Neria does differ from him in one obvious way. When the situation gets serious and decisions have to be made, Neria makes them without hesitation. She proves to be scarily driven when push comes to shove.

Appearance : Short. Comically short. Pale skin, a little blue-ish. Has long blonde hair that she wears in a tight low bun. Has no vallaslin, would not get one. Gets cold easily so she tends to prefer furs in her clothing, and covers herself completely. Also likes bright coloring, so if she can get her hands on bright jewelry she'll wear it.

Story Choices :

Prologue : Got the doggy and fed the prisoner.

Broken Circle : Supported her circle, Refused to kill them all (Seriously Cullen ? It's not my problem they tortured you for having a crush on her, geez.), Irving alive and well

The Arl of Redcliffe : Helped them fight and prepare, Connor is alive and not possesed (Intimidated the demon into giving her the Blood Mage specialization), Freed Brevin and gave him his sword, Helped Owen's daughter, Isolde alive.

Nature of the Beast : Brokered Peace (And got herself the Arcane Warrior specialization, my girl just hurts people), Brought Cammen and Gheyna together, Saved the halla, Told Athras about his wife, Brought Varathorn ironbark, Returned Deygan to Dalish camp

The Urn of Sacred Ashes : DID NOT POISON THE URN. People, please.

A Paragon of her Kind : Joined forces against Caridin, Bhelen rules Orzammar (had to think a lot about that decision, they both felt like the worst), Said Ruck died, Helped Burkel create the Chantry, Helped Zerlinda reconcile with family, Helped Orta join Assembly, Dagna left to study, Proved legion of Dead connected to Noble House, Returned tome to Shaperate.

Denerim : Ser Landry dead (Shouldn't have threatened her, she didn't duel him but he did ambush so it's fair play), Told Bann Sighard about Oswyn, Didn't do the crime wave stuff, Gave Alfstanna her brother's ring, Returned the amulet to the beggar, Helped Alistair find Goldanna (DID NOT HARDEN HIM !! Leave my sweet baby alone.), Brought scroll to sister Justine, Handled the the crimson oars, Helped clear out the customers, Killed Master Ignacio, Sent Marjolaine Away (LELIANA WILL NOT BE HARDENED. Leave my sweet nice babies alone, goddammit).

Landsmeet : ANORA IS THE QUEEN ! Couldn't do that to Alistair, especially when he said he did not want to be King before.

FINAL BATTLE : Neria struck the killing blow but did not die, Morrigan had a baby with Alistair.

Neria's Story :

Neria's proven herself to be a good friend and an amazing leader that always wants the best for her own during this journey. I had a nice romance triangle with Zevran and Leliana. Now, I did choose Leliana then, but I also did make another save just for Zevran. So I suppose the truth of their relationship is this : Sometimes she loves Leliana, sometimes she loves Zevran, either way someone is always left with a broken heart at the end of the day.

Neria's also my personal "most powerful" of the dragon age bunch. Mostly because she's the only one whose morals are truly grey. She's a blood mage and an arcane warrior. You are not winning against her, she will kill you if it means her people survive. I think she got that mentality from her years in the circle. When your family is this small, and one of your first mission after being made warden is to choose between your own and the rest of the world, it breaks you a little.

Morrigan called me her sister and I fell in love a little bit ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜)

x Dragon Age Inquisition. Ellana Lavellan.

Character : Ellana Lavellan. Background : Dalish Mage

Backstory : Apprentice to the Keeper of Clan Lavellan, Ellana was one of the few lucky mages able to stay in the Clan instead of being sent away for fear of their magical power. She adheres strictly to the old ways, and is quite wary of humans in general. She never had an altercation with any of them but she had heard enough of the olders clansman's stories to know better than to trust those that merely tolerated her. Though she is distrustful of humans, Ellana has had way more problems with her own people over the course of her life. While adhering to the old ways, she is also devoted to finding more remnants of the ancient elves and is set in her want to preserve the very little they have left. To the point of being reckless and puttin the clan in danger. This last mission to spy on the conclave might be a way for the clan to ensure their survival, but it is also a way to get Ellana out of their way.

Personality : Ellana's serious. That's the first thing you can say about her, serious and intense and grumpy for the most part. She's straightforward, to the point of being a little mean, and has no sense of decorum. She will tell you whatever is on her mind, and she will do it in a way that will hurt your feelings even if she doesn't mean it. It also means that she is frank with her feelings. If she likes you, she will make it known, and if she doesn't... Well, you'll know that too. She's not good at the power games the inquisition demands of her, but her honesty makes her a reliable leader to most under her. She's also extremely loyal. While her trust is difficult to obtain, it is a rare thing for her to take it back once given.

Appearance : Dark skin, short black hair, and a deep green Dirthamen vallaslin before having it erased by Solas (she uses body paint in Veilguard to still emulate her Dalish roots without honoring any of those so called "Gods"). She prefers practical clothing that allow her to move easily in the midst of battle without weighting her down. She also favors darker colors. She has a faded scar around her mouth, going through her lips down to her chin.

Story Choices :

The Wrath of Heavens : Denied being the chosen of Andraste, she does not believe in her.

In Hushed Whispers : Allied with the mages, she is a mage after all and doesn't like the Church much.

In Your Heart Shall Burn : FOR ORDER. Because this is a temporary job for her. She's the Inquisitor because no one else can do anything, but when everything is said and done she'll leave.

Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts : Celene rules, reconciled with Briala, Empress Celene lives, Grand Duchess Florianne alive. Ellana was not in her elements, and she hated every minute of this. Though Solas weird little hat did provide a little levity to the affair.

Here Lies The Abyss : The Grey Wardens are rebuilt, Hawke died. Varric's heartbroken. I kind of think that he hates the Inquisitor a little for letting Hawke go.

What Pride Had Wrought : Morrigan drank from the well, and we respected the temple tradition and got Abelas to ally with us. This is the part where I was a bit weirded out with Inky's dialogue. Mostly because Morrigan thinks herself more knowledgeable than her on Dalish Lore. She's the apprentice keeper, and I know she is a scholar and Inky might not be, but I wish there was a little extra dailogue there.

Doom Upon all the World : Leliana new pope. I REPEAT LELIANA NEW POPE. Which is even more stress on her knowing that the Warden is still searching for a way to not die right now. She won't be able to go back to her wife...(つ╥﹏╥)つ

Tresspasser : Sooo I don't write about the dlc choices because I feel like they are extra content and may not be revelant to the playthrough. And I'm lazy. BUT Tresspasser is very much the epilogue of the game to me. You need to play it to get the next game so here are my choices for it : Bull remained loyal (Tal-Vashoth since he saved the Chargers), Disbanded the Inquisition (since there was no need for it anymore) and promised to redeem Egg Head (DESPITE THE FACT THAT THIS BITCH TOOK MY ARM. FUCKER).

Ellana's Story :

Ellana's def a leader first, maybe friend second to most of the cast. Someone that did not want to be here, and told everyone about it, but stayed because her sense of responsibility is that heavy to her. I think through the game storyline she came to rely heavily on her friends as she felt herself getting farther away from who she was before all this debacle. (Might also be the reason she got so close to Solas. I mean the egg is charming, AND he feels like home. A little bit.) ROMANCED EGGMAN, GOT MY ARM TOOK, WILL FIND THAT BASTARD. That fucker I wish I could have decked him before he went his way. Lovingly. For the angst.

Closest to Cassandra and Dorian. They all are so sappy around each other, and I like to believe that Solas up and leaving like that really makes them want to kill the man. He doesn't deserve anything good from either of them. Also, while Varric was nice I can't help but see their relationship tainted by Varric's loyalty to Hawke. In her hearts of hearts she knows that push comes to shove, Varric would have put Hawke before any of them and the fact that she let her die in the fade... Is not something he ever recovered from. He's polite, nice, here, but he cannot be her friend because deep down he blames her for the loss of someone very dear to him.

I see her as less grey than either Hawke or Warden. She's righteous. She always does the "right" thing, she despises allying with people she sees as Evil. She has a less nuanced story to contend with, She's got a clear Evil Being to go against, and it affects the way she is. That's why Solas' betrayal is so good. The only time she allows someone to do bad and get away with it. The way the others must look at her after knowing what happened... ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ That's the kind of angst I can get behind
