ROUTE ORDER : Eighth Route

Dazai… Best route !!! Best boi !!! Best everything !!! Are you for real ? I’m a sucker for the LIs that are already in love with the MC and it always break my heart to choose anyone else knowing they are out there pining in every route. And his whole thing about being forgotten and choosing us in hope we will remember because we promised to not forget ! The fact that everyone forgot about him. I knew from Gyobu’s route that the angst would be good here, but it was so perfect.

Speaking of Gyobu, HOW DARE YOU HAVE HIM IN CASUAL WEAR HERE AND NOT DURING HIS ROUTE !! His little ponytail. He’s so cute what the fuck do something. And of course everyone in the end having those little mini POV switch (that we don’t get in any other route which is a travesty) to make us know that it isn’t all sunshine and rainbow at the end.

AH BUT STILL why would you make me emotional there huh ! Thinking about my poor baby getting left behind each time I did not choose him. People, you are the worst.

I really liked the fact that other characters were more present on this route. I prefer when the cast is still part of the route I’m playing and don’t feel like they’re just here to comment on the budding relationship of the LI and MC or be like jealousy factor in their relation. I felt like Gyobu was a big part of it and it made me happy to see more interactions between him and Dazai.

MYSTERY CLUE :

Haiji is the OG Producer. Can’t say I even thought about the other wager they had, so Dazai Producer completely threw me off. I assumed he was lying in Gyobu’s route about being unable to know his name and stuff but… Maybe that’s true ? Maybe all of this is too help him regain his memory. Also are we data sent to the moon ? Or are we something else. And our mother being so obsessed with remembering, plus that stream we saw as kids… Something is still missing. I mean everyone came back without getting their stuff back too, so I know this is not the end. Okay Haiji you better give me my answers !!!
